30-Day Refund & Reprint Guarantee

If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a full refund or a free reprint within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund or reprint, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product

Once reviewed, we will either issue a full refund or arrange a replacement order at no additional cost.


Custom Products

All stickers are custom-made based on the artwork provided by the customer. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect artwork submitted by the customer
• Spelling or design errors in uploaded files
• Minor colour variations due to screen and print differences

Please ensure all artwork is reviewed carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

If your order appears lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide a solution.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
